Plantation on Environment Day

On the occasion of World Environment Day, a special event titled “Plantation On Environment Day” will be organized on June 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at harivandana College The primary aim of this event is to promote environmental awareness and encourage the community to contribute to a greener planet by participating in a collective tree plantation activity.

The event will begin with a short inauguration ceremony featuring a welcome address and a brief talk on environment. Participants will then engage in a hands-on tree plantation activity, during which each individual or group will plant a sapling and label it with their name. An awareness session will follow, offering insights into the ecological significance of trees and simple ways to adopt environmentally conscious habits. To further inspire creativity and engagement, there will be an optional creative corner with activities such as poster-making and slogan-writing on green themes.
